Each leather wallet is entirely hand-crafted by a professional artisan from our Belt & Band Atelier in Wellington, Cape Town. We hand-dye colours into the bovine leathers to create a unique depth and tone.
This bespoke Slim Leather Card Wallet design, handmade of fine calf leather, holds 6-8 bank cards and has a nifty thumb flip feature to flick through the cards. It also includes a slot for a few folded bank notes in the side. This durable, yet compact wallet design is made from Full Grain Veg-Tanned Calf Leather. This leather ages beautifully and over time, gains a unique patina.
We hand-stitch the edges with the finest luxury French Linen (Lin Cable) threads for the best finish possible. The edges and corners are hand burnished smooth and sealed with beeswax, affording you many years of use out of this discrete wallet.

All of our products are hand stitched, using the time-tested Saddle Stitch technique, for longevity and beauty. Choose Imported French Lin Cable (Linen Thread) for it's beautifully rounded stitches & rich matte tones. Choose Ritza25 Tiger Thread for its bold colours, thick stitch & smooth, flat appearance against the leather. Choose premium, locally manufactured Polyester Thread for a classic twisted stitched luster.
Our cow & calf leather products are handmade from the finest full-grain, vegetable tanned leathers. The colour chosen for your leather item, is stained by hand into the leather and sealed with natural oils, rendering the leather supple and ready to age with a beautiful patina.
We believe in using hardware that will last the duration of the product's life, if not longer. Therefore, we only use solid metal hardware, in brass or stainless steel, with various finishes. This means no rust and no unexpected breakages.
